Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock Grammy noms spur free MP3s for Facebook fans
In Celebration of These Artistsâ€™ Nominations, Free â€œBlack Rainâ€ MP3 Now Available To Guitar Heroâ€™s Over Two Million Facebook Fans
Headline anthems from Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock â€“ Megadethâ€™s â€œSudden Deathâ€ and Soundgardenâ€™s â€œBlack Rainâ€ â€“ have been nominated for Best Metal Performance and Best Hard Rock Performance, respectively, at the 53rd Annual GRAMMY Awards.Â Inspired by, composed exclusively for, and debuted in the game, â€œSudden Deathâ€ marks the first time an original track created for a videogame has been nominated by The Recording Academy for the prestigious awards.
To commemorate these exciting nominations, Guitar Hero is offering a free MP3 of Soundgardenâ€™s â€œBlack Rain,â€ the previously recorded song that was finished for inclusion in Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock, exclusively to all of its over two million Facebook fans.
