Bruno Mars performs Nirvana cover with Guns N’ Roses and Red Hot Chili Peppers

A corporate event at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York, on December 11th, 2025, brought together prominent hard rock stars for a special performance. The event was hosted by Eldridge Industries, a holding and investment company with assets exceeding $70 billion.

The house band for the evening, known as ‘The Dirty Bats,’ featured Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash, bassist/vocalist Duff McKagan, producer/musician Andrew Watt, and Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith. Throughout the night, a lineup of renowned vocalists took the stage to perform an array of cover songs.

Among the vocalists were YUNGBLUD, Brandi Carlile, Anthony Kiedis of Red Hot Chili Peppers, Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam, and the multi-platinum artist Bruno Mars, who delivered a rendition of Nirvana’s classic “Smells Like Teen Spirit.”

The setlist for the concert included a variety of iconic tracks by legendary bands and artists. For example, YUNGBLUD performed covers like “Start Me Up” by The Rolling Stones and Brandi Carlile sang Led Zeppelin’s “Black Dog.” Anthony Kiedis took the lead on songs like “Ace Of Spades” by Motörhead and “Whipping Post” by The Allman Brothers Band. Eddie Vedder showcased his talents on Pearl Jam hits such as “Corduroy” and “Better Man.”

Bruno Mars, accompanied by Kiedis, Vedder, Carlile, and YUNGBLUD, delivered an electrifying performance covering songs like “Whole Lotta Love” by Led Zeppelin and “Roxanne” by The Police. The evening culminated in a collective rendition of Chuck Berry’s “Johnny B. Goode” and Neil Young’s “Rockin’ In The Free World.”

In addition to the stellar musical lineup, actor Orlando Bloom shared a video on Instagram capturing the incredible performances at the event, adding to the star-studded atmosphere of the night.
