where is the list from 1-51?

There is one thing that stands out to me on this list and the first one. How exactly is Nirvana’a “Lithium” on the 101-200 list at #145 and on this one at #53. This would only make sense if the lists were for 90′s songs like “How Bizzare” by OMC or “Tubthumping” by Chumbawamba that suck ass.
