Ghost reaches top of Billboard 200 chart with ‘Skeletá’ debut

The album earned 86,000 equivalent album units in the United States in the week ending May 1, with 89% of those units coming from pure album sales, a majority of which were vinyl sales. Both of these figures represent career highs for Ghost.

It is noteworthy as the first album by a hard rock band to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 since AC/DC’s comeback album Power Up in November 2020.
