Nick Carter is preparing to make a comeback with a new solo album

Backstreet Boys singer Nick Carter is gearing up to release his fourth solo album after a decade-long hiatus from his previous solo project. The upcoming album, titled “Love Life Tragedy,” promises to showcase a blend of pop and rock influences, reflecting Carter’s growth and evolution as an artist.

Fans can anticipate a visually stunning experience with the accompanying music videos that Carter has in store for his latest musical venture. The singer has prepared a six-episode series of comic book-themed music videos to complement his new album, adding depth and storytelling to the overall project.

“Love Life Tragedy” is set to drop on May 15, marking a significant milestone in Carter’s solo career since his last offering, “All American,” in 2015. The album will delve into personal themes of love, life, and tragedy, combining catchy tunes like “Easy” with emotional ballads such as “Cold Night” and “Don’t Let Go.”

Speaking about the new album, Carter expressed that it is his most vulnerable and cathartic work yet, reflecting a journey of growth and introspection. He emphasized that “Love Life Tragedy” is a tribute to those who have supported him through different facets of his life, capturing his experiences as an artist, husband, father, and human being.

Collaborating with producers like Stuart Crichto and the production team Let Mii Rok Out, along with Bryan Shackle and Beck Nebel, Carter has poured his heart and soul into crafting a poignant and impactful musical narrative. The album features 16 tracks, including remastered versions of his earlier songs like “Hurts To Love You” and “Help Me,” offering listeners a comprehensive storytelling experience.

In addition to the album release, Carter has lined up a series of music videos that correspond with the tracks on “Love Life Tragedy.” Each video is designed to further immerse fans in the overarching narrative inspired by the album’s themes and emotion. The first video, “Hurts To Love You,” is set to premiere alongside the album release and will kick off the two-week series of videos.

Looking ahead, Carter is also gearing up for a summer residency with the Backstreet Boys in Las Vegas at the innovative Las Vegas Sphere. The group is slated to perform their iconic 1999 album “Millennium” during the residency, promising fans a “sensory overload” experience. Additionally, the Backstreet Boys will mark the 25th anniversary of “Millennium” by releasing a revamped version titled “Millennium 2.0,” featuring 25 tracks to celebrate their musical legacy.
