uys, love the band, love these songs. I love you guys. It’s very difficult for me to describe what you guys have done for me and my gratitude for all that you’ve given me over these 20 years in the band,” Hansen said. “And it’s not over yet. We’ve got this whole summer to do. So I wanna encourage you to find out where we’re playing in your area this summer. There’s, like, 45 or some odd shows that I’m gonna be doing on my last run with the band. So, check it out. Please come party with us. We’ve got a lot of rocking to do. And again, thank you guys so much.”

Foreigner has tour dates scheduled through March 2026, when the band starts celebrating its 50th anniversary, but “45 or some odd shows” means Hansen is likely to make his last appearances Oct. 10-11 at the Hard Rock Live in Atlantic City, New Jersey. After that, Foreigner heads to Canada where former “Juke Box Hero, the Musical” star Geordie Brown is expected to share the stage with Maldonado.

In other words, Hansen and Maldonado will likely both appear at Foreigner’s upcoming concerts in Upstate New York. They’ll be joined by bassist Jeff Pilson, keyboardist Michael Bluestein, guitarist Bruce Watson, and drummer Chris Frazier. Foreigner co-founder Mick Jones is the only original member still in the group but no longer tours due to Parkinson’s disease.

Gramm, a Rochester native who currently lives in Webster, could also make an appearance at the Turning Stone concert. He’s scheduled to perform with Foreigner just two weeks later to help launch a new musical, “Feels Like The First Time – The Foreigner Musical,” and also said he plans to appear with Foreigner at shows next year.

So could we get three lead singers, taking turns on stage?

“I don’t think there’s any contrivance or people questioning the reason why I would be up there with that band,” Gramm told Billboard last month, saying the current lineup “is something Mick wanted to do after we parted company, and he did a great job and they’ve done a great job over the last two decades of keeping the name up there and flying the flag. They deserve a lot of credit.”

Gramm is the original voice of Foreigner hits like “I Want to Know What Love Is,” “Hot Blooded,” “Feels Like the First Time,” “Waiting for a Girl Like You,” and “Cold As Ice.” Gramm reunited with Foreigner for their recent Rock and Roll Hall of Fame honor and with Jones in 2013 when they were inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame.

Tickets for Foreigner’s Turning Stone concert are currently on sale at Ticketmaster. Tickets for the Erie County Fair go on sale June 6 at ecfair.org.
