Embark on an Adventure: Exploring rock climbing, recovery, and engines in Lost Skies

n, but it’s not like looking everywhere before was a waste, right? I warned there was a chance of me missing something!
When I got inside, I saw three glowing things in the middle and a note on the wall that talked about sacrificing. It was at this point that my spoiler walls fell. This was a shrine dedicated to the sky whale, clearly, as evidenced by the whale bones all over the place. But the real prize sat on the far end of the room – an altar for the sky whale and an urn that held a relic I could use at some point in the near future.
Snatching the relic in the urn felt like the conclusion of an adventure. My character could now do a dash attack, and the challenge in front of the stone tablets had disappeared, replaced by three cube structures that I couldn’t interact with yet.
But at this point, it seemed like a good idea to ensure that the relic worked well, so I flung myself out of the cave and set about seeing what this dash attack could do.
Turns out it’s pretty lethal. It also flings me farther than my double jumps do and is on a reasonably fast cooldown. It has a real feel of “ultimate attack” to it, as well.
With this newfound power and the materials from my sky whale stuff, I set course and direction back to my NYE base. That’s right – my Not Yet Existing base. Which is funny to think about now. A NYE that was about to become a TUC – Totally Under Construction.
