Thankfully, with the new album, we weren’t tethered to a record contract, so we had the freedom to innovate and experiment without the pressure of external deadlines. This led to a more natural progression and allowed us to focus on crafting music that we genuinely enjoyed. The creative process was more intuitive and collaborative this time around, with a swift turnaround ensuring that the energy and enthusiasm of the initial sessions were captured and preserved on the final record. 
Banks acknowledges that their experiences working on previous albums left a lasting impact on the band and may have discouraged them from embarking on new recordings sooner. However, the lessons learned from those struggles also provided valuable insights into how they could approach the creation of their latest offering in a more efficient and effective manner.
