In a dazzling spectacle that left more than 3,000 music enthusiasts exhilarated, renowned girl group Sugababes took the stage by storm at Cheshire Oaks. The much-anticipated event, known as ‘Summer’s Greatest Secret’, certainly lived up to its name with the surprise appearance of the Sugababes.

The audience was treated to a delightful performance of crowd-pleasing, chart-topping hits such as Push the Button, Overload, and Freak Like Me, in celebration of Cheshire Oaks’ 30th anniversary. The event kicked off with high-energy DJ sets by Howard Donald of Take That and Kimberly Wyatt of the Pussycat Dolls, who transported the crowd back in time with their 90s and 00s hits. This free event was a token of appreciation to the local community for their unwavering support over the years.

Featuring a purpose-built stage, golden circle access for team members and local charity partners, and a VIP meet-and-greet for a select few, the night was a heartfelt gesture of gratitude to the shoppers, staff, and supporters who have been part of the outlet’s journey since its inception in 1995.

Kenny Murray, General Manager at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, expressed his delight at the overwhelming response from the audience, stating, “We promised something special, and the reaction from the crowd said it all. The Sugababes were the perfect surprise to mark this milestone, and having Howard and Kimberly on the decks as well certainly made it a night to remember. This was about celebrating both our community and our customers, and the incredible journey we’ve been on together over the last three decades.”

The 30th-anniversary celebrations are set to continue throughout the year, with more surprises in store. Spanning an impressive 400,000 square feet and hosting over 165 resident brands, Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet stands as the largest designer outlet in the UK, paying tribute to its illustrious past and celebrating its continued success.
