Baltimore’s END IT recently released their latest single, “Pale Horse,” and it packs a hardcore punch that resonates like no other, as seen in the striking cover art. The artwork depicts a scene resembling a rejected Renaissance mural, with the phrase “Wrong Side of Heaven” inscribed on an iron gate and fiery angels plummeting from marble, a visual representation that captures the essence of the band’s sound perfectly.

The band’s debut album, “Wrong Side Of Heaven,” is scheduled for release on August 29th through Flatspot Records. END IT has earned a reputation for their unapologetically direct lyrics, fast-paced songs, and captivating live performances. Their latest music video for “Pale Horse”, directed by Noah Haycock, features youthful imagery, showcasing different versions of the band as they perform on a backyard skate ramp.

“Pale Horse” delivers a powerful message with aggressive vocals and heavy riffs that drive the song forward. The band’s current tour with Suicidal Tendencies only reinforces their dedication to their craft and the punk hardcore scene. The track’s lyrics resonate with themes of sacrifice, defiance, and the inevitable consequences of one’s actions, symbolized by the Pale White Horse of revelation and judgment.

Produced by Brian McTernan at Salad Days Studio, END IT’s latest album showcases their evolution and growth as a band, drawing inspiration from classic hardcore, thrash, and soul music. With 15 tracks that touch upon themes of personal growth, social change, and the core values of hardcore music, the album represents a significant milestone in the band’s career.

Having released three EPs, including the critically acclaimed “Unpleasant Living,” in 2022, END IT’s latest album marks a bold step towards establishing their unique identity within the hardcore genre. From calling out imposters to reflecting on the uncertain state of the world, the band’s music offers both thought-provoking commentary and a high-energy sonic experience.

Comprised of vocalist Akil Godsey, drummer Chris Gonzalez, guitarist Ray Lee, and bassist Patrick Martin, END IT remains true to their roots while exploring new musical territories. Through their electrifying sound and powerful lyrics, the band continues to push the boundaries of hardcore music, inviting listeners to delve deeper into the raw energy and emotional intensity that defines their craft.
