Kelly Osbourne has publicly announced her engagement to her longtime partner, rock musician Sid Wilson. The TV personality took to Instagram to share a video capturing the heartfelt moment when Wilson, a member of the heavy metal band Slipknot, proposed in front of close family and friends, including her parents Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne.

In the video, Wilson expresses his love for Kelly, declaring, “Kelly, you know I love you more than anything in the world.” Her father Ozzy jokingly intervenes, saying, “Forget it, you’re not marrying my daughter.” The atmosphere is lightened by laughter before Wilson continues with his proposal, stating, “Nothing would make me happier than to spend the rest of my life with you. So, in front of your family and all of our friends, Kelly, will you marry me?”

Following the proposal, the couple, who have been in a relationship since at least 2022 and have a young son named Sidney, shared a tender embrace as applause and cheers filled the room. Osbourne, known for her stint as a former panelist on “The View,” is joined in love by Wilson, hailed for his role as Slipknot’s turntablist.

Their relationship became public knowledge in February 2022 when Osbourne commemorated Valentine’s Day by posting a photo of the couple on Instagram, expressing gratitude for Wilson as her best friend and soulmate. Reflecting on their 23-year friendship that led to this milestone, Osbourne was filled with disbelief at the journey they had embarked on.

The engagement unfolded backstage at what was promoted as Ozzy Osbourne’s final live performance. During a special concert event titled “Back to the Beginning” in Birmingham, England, Osbourne reunited with the original Black Sabbath members Geezer Butler, Bill Ward, and Tony Iommi on stage after a hiatus of two decades. The event was highlighted as Osbourne’s farewell performance, as indicated on Black Sabbath’s official website.

Osbourne, who took the stage while seated in a distinctive black chair topped with a bat, revealed his battle with Parkinson’s disease in 2020. Despite his health challenges, the iconic musician continues to captivate audiences with his music and performances.
