Phuong My Chi’s rival in Sing! Asia final deemed ‘too scary’

Phuong My Chi, acknowledging Miyuna as her biggest competition, admitted to being somewhat intimidated and hesitant to challenge her. Even Malaysian contestant Amsyar Lee conceded that he would likely lose in a face-off with the Japanese sensation.

Born in 2002 in Japan, she began her musical journey at the age of 16, gaining recognition for her contributions to anime theme songs. Miyuna’s musical style draws influence from various genres, including J-pop, rock, jazz, and soul, showcasing her distinctively husky vocals.
