This summer, LuckyFes, Japan’s rapidly growing music festival, will be back from August 9 to 11, featuring over 100 artists performing on four different stages. The lineup boasts a diverse range of musical acts, including popular names like Atarashii Gakko!, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, Hyde, T.M.Revolution, Wednesday Campanella, Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra, Dragon Ash, and Orange Range.

Taking place at the picturesque Hitachi Seaside Park, just a couple of hours away from Tokyo, LuckyFes transforms the coastal landscape into a vibrant and enchanting dreamland. The festival not only showcases live music but also offers attendees the chance to immerse themselves in large-scale art installations, fireworks displays, and various summer-themed experiences. In addition to the musical performances, festival-goers can indulge in a wide range of culinary delights at the numerous food stalls that offer traditional Japanese festival treats as well as local delicacies from Ibaraki.

Originating in 2022 following the discontinuation of the Rock in Japan Festival in the area, LuckyFes was established out of a deep-seated local passion for music and a commitment to preserving music culture in Ibaraki. The festival made its debut last year and drew in a crowd of 60,000 people over the course of three days. Now in its fourth year, LuckyFes is gearing up to welcome an estimated 90,000 attendees for a thrilling long weekend filled with music, art, delectable food, and joyous celebrations.

For those interested in attending the festival, ticket details are as follows:
– 1-Day Pass: ¥13,500
