Priscilla Block is no stranger to being identified as the bubbly girl with her wild hair, vibrant personality, and unwavering confidence. However, she is now gearing up to show her fans a different side with her latest album release, ‘Things You Didn’t See’, scheduled to debut on October 10 through Music Corporation of America (MCA). Block is embarking on a new, more vulnerable chapter with this album, inviting her fans to look closely and ask themselves if they truly know her beyond the surface.

Her latest single, “Couldn’t Care Less,” serves as a testament to Block’s emotional journey within the music industry and her unanticipated feelings of being misunderstood. Co-written by Block, Trannie Anderson, Alex Maxwell, and Cole Taylor, and produced by the esteemed David Garcia, “Couldn’t Care Less” is a poignant reflection of the unexposed raw emotions hidden beneath Block’s spirited and carefree exterior.

Block confides, “The past few years have been tumultuous, challenging me not just professionally but personally as well. There has been a lingering sense of being misunderstood, contrary to the perception of me as someone who ‘couldn’t care less.’” She continues, “‘Couldn’t Care Less’ is my outlet, allowing me to explore the side of me that has remained unseen for so long—the doubts and insecurities that accompany the human experience. It sets the tone for my upcoming album, ‘Things You Didn’t See’, releasing on October 10th.”

‘Things You Didn’t See’ encapsulates Block’s journey of self-discovery and self-care, reflecting on the struggles of managing her career, internal battles with body image and online criticism, and the toll of incessant public scrutiny on one’s mental health. The record, comprising 14 tracks, delves into Block’s personal encounters with anxiety, burnout, artistic self-identity, societal pressures, and the unspoken realities of the music industry.

Displaying a newfound maturity in both her sound and outlook, Block’s album resonates with a universal longing to be recognized, accepted, and loved authentically. The record is an unabridged narrative of Block’s behind-the-scenes experiences, encapsulating relationships, self-discovery, and the pursuit of true authenticity.

The success of Block’s platinum-certified track “Just About Over You” catapulted her into the limelight, topping the iTunes charts within 24 hours of its release. Block has since graced several renowned talk shows, including ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’, ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’, and ‘The Tamron Hall Show’. Additionally, she is preparing to share the stage with Cole Swindell on his ‘Happy Hour Sad Tour’, commencing on September 4th at the Huntington Center in Toledo, OH.

Block’s tracklist for ‘Things You Didn’t See’ promises a soul-baring and reflective musical experience, with each song encapsulating her personal growth and revelations. With her signature sass, wit, and newfound wisdom, Block has crafted an album that resonates with listeners on a deeply emotional level.
