After a long wait filled with teasing and anticipation, the return of Mudvayne is finally here with their first new music release in sixteen years. The band last released an album in 2009, and now they are back with a new single titled “Hurt People Hurt People.” This comeback track comes with an accompanying lyric video and was produced by Nick Raskulinecz, known for his work with Deftones and Foo Fighters, and mixed by Josh Wilbur, who has worked with Lamb of God and Korn.

Interestingly, “Hurt People Hurt People” also marks Mudvayne’s debut on Alchemy Records, a label co-founded by promoter Danny Wimmer. This single not only signifies the band’s return but also sets the stage for their upcoming 25th-anniversary tour celebrating their groundbreaking album L.D. 50. The tour will feature Static-X and Vended alongside Mudvayne as they hit the road once again.
