Music concert supporting mental health in Richmond
On Friday, October 10th, 2025, the RHACC Theatre at Parkshot Centre on Parkshot Road in Richmond, will host a concert by the progressive folk rock band, Kindred Spirit Band. The band will be performing their new concept album, titled “The Journey Within”, in its entirety at this album launch concert. The album, written and composed by band founder Elaine Samuels, features beautiful songs and artwork. During the performance, images from the album artwork will be projected behind the band, enhancing the lighting and atmosphere of the show that night.
Critics have praised “The Journey Within” album for being an involving and enthralling musical journey that captures the essence of life. Elaine Samuels, who has appeared on television, radio, and at prestigious venues such as Glastonbury and the Cavern Club in Liverpool, fronts the band. The full band has also performed at renowned events like the Cambridge Rock Festival and The Exchange in Twickenham. The concert, taking place on World Mental Health Day, aims to raise funds for the charity Richmond Mind.
