The essence of who I am now is encapsulated in the sentiment of “Wakanda Forever” and my readiness to embrace and love the Sacred Whole. This transformative journey began with my experience at a hard rock festival in Botswana, where I was surrounded by the vibrant energy of the music and the diverse crowd that came together to celebrate the power of rock. The sense of unity and connection I felt in that moment was profound, and it sparked a deeper exploration of my own identity and connection to the world around me.

As I ventured further into this journey of self-discovery, I encountered the incredible work of queer writers in Kenya who were unapologetically sharing their stories and perspectives with the world. Their courage and creativity inspired me to embrace my own truth and speak authentically about my experiences, no matter how challenging or unconventional they may be. Through their words, I found solace and strength in knowing that I was not alone in my struggles and triumphs.

The intersection of music, literature, and culture became a powerful force in shaping my understanding of the world and my place within it. I realized that art has the ability to transcend boundaries and connect us on a deeper level, allowing us to see ourselves and others in a new light. The stories and experiences shared by artists and creators from diverse backgrounds helped me to appreciate the richness and complexity of the human experience, and to find beauty in the differences that make us unique.

Embracing the concept of the Sacred Whole has been a transformative experience that has opened my heart and mind to new possibilities and connections. By acknowledging the interconnectedness of all things and recognizing the inherent value of every being, I have found a sense of purpose and belonging that transcends individual identity. My journey of self-discovery has led me to a place of greater empathy, compassion, and acceptance, where I can fully embrace and celebrate the diversity of the world around me.

In a time of uncertainty and division, it is more important than ever to cultivate a sense of unity and connection with all beings. Through art, music, literature, and culture, we can bridge the gaps that separate us and build a more inclusive and compassionate world. By embracing the Sacred Whole and honoring the interconnectedness of all things, we can create a more harmonious and loving society that celebrates the beauty of diversity and the power of unity. With an open heart and a willingness to learn from others, we can all contribute to a more vibrant and interconnected world where love, acceptance, and understanding reign supreme.
