Babylon A.D. set to drop new album ‘When The World Stops’ through Kivel Records before 2026

California-based rock band Babylon A.D., comprising Derek Davis, Ron Freschi, John Matthews, Craig Pepe, and Dylan Soto, is gearing up to launch their latest album “When The World Stops” through Kivel Records before the close of 2025. Following their 2024 release “Rome Wasn’t Built In A Day” under Perris Records and their 2017 record “Revelation Highway” under Frontiers Music Srl, the band is excited to share their upcoming album with fans worldwide.

In a recent press release by Michael Brandvold Marketing, Babylon A.D.’s frontman Derek Davis expressed his enthusiasm for the new album, stating that “When The World Stops” will showcase a diverse range of the band’s musical styles. The decision to collaborate with Kivel Records on this project was influenced by the label’s commitment to supporting the band’s promotional efforts. Their previous album, “Rome Wasn’t Built In A Day,” played a crucial role in re-establishing Babylon A.D. within the music scene, garnering significant fan support, radio airplay, and positive reviews.

The band’s lead singer, Derek Davis, further revealed that the first single and video, “When The World Stops,” is set for release in early August and will coincide with their performance at the iconic Whisky A Go-Go on August 8th. Following this, Babylon A.D. has scheduled shows in Denver, Salt Lake City, the U.K, and Greece throughout September, aiming to share their passion for music with audiences around the world.
