Robert Plant to release new album, ‘Saving Grace,’ and embark on North American tour in 2025
Robert Plant, the iconic lead singer of the band Led Zeppelin, made exciting news on Wednesday, July 16, by revealing that he will be releasing a new album titled “Saving Grace” on September 26th through Nonesuch Records. Plant will be hitting the road for a 14-date tour across the United States with his band of the same name, featuring Suzi Dian on vocals, Oli Jefferson on drums, Tony Kelsey on guitar, Matt Worley on banjo, and Barney Morse-Brown on cello.
The album, which consists of 10 tracks, has been a labor of love for over six years and includes a cover of Low’s “Everybody’s Song” as the lead single. Plant, along with the band, has worked on producing “Saving Grace,” which sees the reinterpretation of songs originally performed by artists like Memphis Minnie, Bob Mosley from Moby Grape, Blind Willie Johnson, The Low Anthem, Martha Scanlan, and Sarah Siskind.
