Twenty One Pilots have recently released a new song titled “Drum Show,” which is a track from their upcoming album, Breach. The song is quite appropriately named as it features vocals by drummer Josh Dun, who delivers an energetically pulsating beat throughout. Fans can catch the “Drum Show” video on YouTube, offering a glimpse into the band’s evolving sound.

Breach, set to be released on September 12, serves as the follow-up to the band’s previous album, Clancy, which debuted in 2024. The album also includes the lead single “The Contract,” teasing what fans can expect from the new record.

Frontman Tyler Joseph took to Instagram to address the band’s future live plans following the upcoming U.S. Breach tour, scheduled to kick off on September 18 in Cincinnati. Joseph’s statement has left fans speculating about what lies beyond the tour dates. “Then after that…I’m not sure,” Joseph expressed, hinting at the uncertainty surrounding their future touring plans. While stopping short of declaring it the band’s final tour, Joseph admitted that apart from possible festival appearances next year, for the first time, the band doesn’t have a set schedule for future tour dates.

Acknowledging the disappointment felt by fans outside of the States, Joseph lamented the inability to provide Breach with a proper world tour. The band’s international fans will have to wait patiently for any future announcements regarding global tour plans.

With the release of “Drum Show” and the imminent arrival of Breach, Twenty One Pilots continue to captivate their fans with their ever-evolving sound and introspective lyrics. The band’s latest endeavors promise a fresh take on their signature style, leaving fans eager for more. As the band navigates the uncertainties of the music industry, fans remain hopeful for the opportunity to experience Twenty One Pilots live once again, whenever the band decides to hit the road.
