Catch The Young set the stage on fire at the Jeonju Ultimate Music Festival (JUMF) with their dynamic pop-rock performance at the Jeonbuk National University Stadium. The band kicked off their electrifying set with the emotional ballad ‘The Way To You’ before transitioning seamlessly into the retro-infused ‘Ideal Type’, captivating the audience with synth-driven melodies and powerful choruses. Tracks such as ‘Talking To Myself’ and ‘Dream It’ showcased the group’s versatile musical style and tight live performance, but it was their fresh take on Queen’s classic ‘Don’t Stop Me Now’ that truly energized the crowd.

The crowd went wild during their debut anthem ‘YOUTH!!!’, with fans chanting along to every word, and the concert concluded on a high note with their closing track ‘The Legend’, leaving a lasting impression of confidence and passion that can only be attained through dedicated performances. Reflecting on the show, the band expressed their gratitude for the unforgettable experience shared with the JUMF audience.

Catch The Young, comprised of members Sani, Kihoon, Namhyun, Junyong, and Jungmo, has been making waves in Korea’s festival scene with back-to-back appearances at the Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival and JUMF. The band is known for their unique sound, which they describe as Youth Pop-Rock, characterized by intricate harmonies, multi-vocal performances, and narratives of youthful experiences.

Since their inception in late 2023, Catch The Young has built a strong presence through university gigs, solo performances, and street busking, establishing themselves as a rising force in the music scene. With upcoming plans to headline the Sound Planet Festival in September, the band is setting their sights on a global album release and an international tour, solidifying their position as one of Korea’s most promising live acts on the rise.
