Three Days Grace, the Canadian rock band, released their latest album, Alienation, on August 22nd under RCA Records. Fans were thrilled to see original vocalist Adam Gontier return to share the spotlight with current vocalist and bassist Matt Walst, alongside Neil Sanderson on drums and keyboards, and Barry Stock on guitar. This 12-track album features two chart-topping hits, marking the first time both singers have collaborated on a project.

The band previewed the album with the release of singles like “Apologies” and “Mayday,” which garnered radio success. Additional tracks like “Dominate” and “Kill Me Fast” were made available on streaming platforms, showcasing the band’s ability to seamlessly transition between heavy and melodic moments. The album’s production credits are shared among Howard Benson, Zakk Cervini, and Dan Lancaster.

Tracks like “In Cold Blood,” “In Waves,” and “Deathwish” exemplify the band’s powerful music, while “Never Ordinary” displays a more introspective side. “Don’t Wanna Go Home Tonight” introduces pop elements to their signature sound, thanks to the collaborative efforts of the production team, who have worked with renowned acts such as Blink-182 and Bring Me The Horizon. Neil Sanderson described Alienation as a journey through inner turmoil and defiance, exploring themes of isolation as an inherent aspect of existence.

The year 2025 saw a significant increase in streaming for the band, with one of their classic hits, “I Hate Everything About You,” surpassing a billion streams on Spotify. Three Days Grace has dominated the Mediabase Active Rock Chart 20 times and topped Billboard’s Mainstream Rock list on 19 occasions. Following successful shows in Canada and Europe, the band recently supported Disturbed on tour in major U.S. arenas.

Their upcoming tour with Breaking Benjamin, kicking off on August 29th with opening act Return to Dust, promises to deliver more electrifying performances. Fans eager to experience Alienation can stream the album on various platforms or purchase it at their local record store. The band’s enduring popularity and musical evolution continue to captivate audiences worldwide.
