The tracklist for the album includes titles like ‘Defiance,’ ‘Timeline,’ and ‘Push The Rock,’ among others.

The essence of ‘Push The Rock’ is encapsulated in its theme of resilience in the face of life’s challenges. The duo explains that the song portrays the reality of pushing forward through life’s complexities because there is no other option. Drawing inspiration from a quote by Tibetan Buddhist nun Pema Chödrön, the song encourages listeners to look beyond current circumstances and embrace the bigger picture of existence. The accompanying album cover was captured during the band’s 2018 US tour at Dinosaur, Colorado.
