Møl’s latest single, “Young,” from their upcoming album Dreamcrush is now available for streaming, and it promises to be another banger from the band. Guitarist Nicolai Busse reflects on the track, stating that it holds personal significance as it was one of the first pieces of music he wrote for Møl back in 2012 while residing outside Denmark. Despite revisiting the song multiple times over the years, it was only during the creation of this record that everything fell into place, allowing him to complete the music. “Young” encapsulates a period in Busse’s life where he grappled with self-doubt and the struggle to find his own identity.

Dreamcrush was recorded over an extended period in Frederik Uglebjerg’s Aarhus studio, with the album artwork inspired by Emil Nolde and created by Daniel Owen of Nemesis Design. The visual aspect of the album, captured by Rolf Meldgaard, mirrors the exploration of dreams, reality, and emotional reconciliation that the record delves into. Interested fans can already pre-order the album to secure their copy.

Lead vocalist Kim Song Sternkopf expresses his excitement about unveiling Dreamcrush to the world, alongside the anticipation of performing their new music across Europe and the UK. Sternkopf describes the songs on the album as a reflection of how aspirations and ideals can both elevate and dismantle individuals. Live performances are expected to showcase the raw, fragile, and luminous nature of these tracks, resonating with audiences on a profound level.

Additionally, Møl will be joined by two exceptional acts, TAYNE and Cold Night for Alligators, on their upcoming tour. These bands share a similar energy and spirit, promising dynamic and compelling sets each night throughout Europe and the UK. Their collaboration aims to deliver an unforgettable experience for fans, blending industrial noise-pop energy and emotionally charged alternative metal seamlessly into one cohesive performance.

In conclusion, Møl’s Dreamcrush and the release of “Young” mark an exciting step for the band as they prepare to embark on a new chapter in their musical journey. The record promises to be a deep and introspective exploration of themes that are sure to resonate with listeners, while their live performances alongside TAYNE and Cold Night for Alligators are set to create an unforgettable experience for fans across Europe and the UK.
