Thrash metal veterans Exodus have officially unveiled details of their upcoming 12th studio album, Goliath, slated for release on March 20, 2026, through Napalm Records. This highly anticipated record follows on the heels of their 2021 offering, Persona Non Grata, and comes with the release of its blistering opening track, titled “3111.”

Heralding the return of vocalist Rob Dukes, Goliath marks his first full-length studio effort with the band since their 2005 release, Shovel Headed Kill Machine. Exodus proudly touts Dukes’ performance on the album as “the performance of his life.”

In what is being described as their most collaborative project to date, Goliath showcases songwriting contributions from the entire band, including guest appearances from industry heavyweights such as Peter TÃĪgtgren from Hypocrisy and Pain, along with violinist Katie Jacoby, providing a fresh and unexpected twist to Exodus’ trademark sonic assault. With razor-sharp dual leads by guitarists Gary Holt and Lee Altus, as well as unwavering rhythmic support from drummer Tom Hunting and bassist Jack Gibson, Goliath promises to be an absolute powerhouse of an album.

Produced by Exodus themselves and meticulously mixed and mastered by Mark Lewis, known for his work with bands like Whitechapel, Nile, and Undeath, Goliath strikes a fine balance between raw aggression and modern production values, all while staying true to the band’s roots and legacy that started with their influential 1985 debut, Bonded By Blood.

“We put everything we had into this record (and it’s 80 percent complete follow up, but we’ll save that conversation for another day!) and it’s one of our proudest accomplishments. Wildly collaborative, the most band centric album to date with four songs written by Lee, lyrics by Gary, Rob, Lee and Tom, and just killer all the way around. The time to let the monster loose is coming! Bow Down!” shared the band, expressing their excitement for the upcoming release.

In addition to the album announcement, Exodus is gearing up to embark on a North American tour with Sepultura, joining forces with Biohazard and Tribal Gaze for the Celebrating Life Through Death tour. The tour kicks off on April 29 in Montclair, NJ, and will hit major cities across the continent, culminating in a final show at The Wiltern in Los Angeles on May 29, marking the end of a monumental chapter in heavy music history. Tickets for the tour are available for purchase now, offering fans the opportunity to witness these metal legends in action.

With Goliath set to unleash its sonic fury on March 20, 2026, and a tour with Sepultura on the horizon, Exodus shows no signs of slowing down, proving that they remain a force to be reckoned with in the world of thrash metal. Watch out for more updates and announcements from the band as they prepare to unleash their latest musical opus upon the world.
