Bulgaria’s Hills of Rock Festival has finalized its lineup for 2026, promising a diverse mix of metal veterans, modern heavyweights, and up-and-coming acts from around the world. Scheduled to dominate the Rowing Canal in Plovdiv from July 24th to 26th, this three-day event boasts an impressive roster featuring Marilyn Manson, Godsmack, and Electric Callboy leading the pack, accompanied by the likes of Lamb of God, Black Label Society, Paradise Lost, and Deafheaven.
Renowned for being one of Eastern Europe’s premier heavy music gatherings, Hills of Rock Festival has made a name for itself by blending big international names with emerging artists and regional talent.
The festival’s full lineup includes an array of headliners and international acts like Marilyn Manson, Godsmack, Electric Callboy, Lamb of God, and others. Modern and rising international acts, including Northlane, Orbit Culture, Vended, and House of Protection, are also set to grace the stages. Additionally, Bulgarian and regional artists such as Odd Crew, Vrani Volosa, and Tsar Plah will also showcase their talents.
Noteworthy Pre-festival concert “BE4 HILLS” on July 23rd will feature acts like Sabaton, Savatage, Epica, and Sevi, adding to the excitement leading up to the main event. With an impressive lineup spread across three stages featuring 46 artists, the festival promises a non-stop program running from afternoon until late into the night, offering a variety of heavy music genres to cater to all tastes.
Each day of the festival promises a unique heavy music experience. Friday, July 24th will showcase Marilyn Manson, Of Mice & Men, Vended, and P.O.D., known for their fusion of hard rock, hip-hop, and reggae. On Saturday, Godsmack will headline the hard rock-focused day, joined by Black Label Society and others. The festival will culminate on Sunday with Electric Callboy, Lamb of God, Paradise Lost, and Deafheaven taking the stage.
The historical backdrop of Plovdiv, also known as The City of Seven Hills, adds to the festival’s allure. Amidst the Roman ruins and Ottoman architecture, the Rowing Canal transforms into a natural amphitheater, setting the stage for an unforgettable music experience.
