In 2025, AC/DC is gearing up to make waves with their exciting plans for the year. Rolling off their previous announcement of a series of concerts for the year, AC/DC is back with more thrilling news on Monday, February 3. This time, they have unveiled additional European concert dates as part of their anticipated Power Up tour. The band’s first performance is scheduled for June 26 in Prague, Czech Republic, with an itinerary that includes shows in Germany, Poland, Italy, and a final stop in Edinburgh, Scotland on August 21. Tickets for most of the recently released tour dates go on sale starting February 7.

Before hitting Europe, the legendary rockers will have a stint in North America, marking their return to the U.S. after a decade-long hiatus from touring in the country. During their last U.S. tour, Axl Rose took over vocal duties as lead vocalist Brian Johnson dealt with hearing problems. However, Johnson will be reclaiming his position on this forthcoming tour. The band’s last performance in North America was in 2023 as part of the Power Trip festival in Indio, California.

AC/DC’s U.S. leg of the Power Up tour will comprise 13 stadium shows, starting on April 10 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and concluding on May 28 in Cleveland, Ohio. The lineup for these shows includes Johnson, Angus Young, Stevie Young, Matt Laug, and Chris Chaney. Their latest album, “Power Up,” released in 2020, received acclaim from Audio Ink Radio as one of the best rock and metal records of that year. The review commended the band for staying true to their classic rock roots, delivering an album that satisfied the expectations of fans eagerly awaiting a new release.

Fans attending the tour can look forward to hearing tracks from “Power Up” as well as timeless AC/DC classics. Opening for AC/DC on most tour dates will be Taylor Momsen and The Pretty Reckless, who are promoting their 2021 studio album, “Death by Rock and Roll.” The band achieved chart-topping success with the album, showcasing hits like “And So It Went” featuring Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine, and “Only Love Can Save Me Now” featuring Soundgarden’s Kim Thayil and Matt Cameron.

The Power Up tour will span various huge venues across the United States and Europe, offering fans a chance to experience AC/DC’s electrifying performances live. The band’s dedication to their rock roots, powerful stage presence, and timeless hits ensure an unforgettable concert experience for all attendees.
