Second retail tenant at new Michigan skyscraper to have a Cowboy theme

as announced earlier this month as Hudson’s first retail tenant. Bedrock, the development company behind Hudson’s Detroit, also recently unveiled The Department at Hudson’s inside the Tower, a 56K square-foot event venue that recently opened for gatherings, meetings, and special occasions of all sizes and types.

In addition to the retail offerings, Hudson’s Detroit will feature downtown Detroit’s first 5-star hotel, The Detroit Edition, boasting over 200 luxury rooms. Furthermore, The Residences at The Detroit Edition on the upper floors of the tower will house nearly 100 residential units, providing a unique living experience in the heart of the city.

The development of Hudson’s Detroit marks a significant milestone in Detroit’s urban landscape. Standing at 681 feet high, it is the second tallest building in Michigan, following the iconic Renaissance Center at 727 feet.
