Band Touched to headline festival concert in August
South Korean band Touched is gearing up to host a special solo concert in August, offering fans an immersive festival-style experience. The event, titled “Attraction,” is scheduled to take place on August 23 and 24 at Hall 10 of Kintex Exhibition Center 2 in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province. This concert is anticipated to be Touched’s largest solo performance to date, promising attendees a grand spectacle with a diverse range of interactive elements aimed at fostering deeper connections with fans.
“Attraction” is designed to blend Touched’s trademark high-energy live performances and captivating stage production with interactive zones that encourage audience participation. Unlike traditional concerts that focus solely on the main act, this upcoming event will feature a content zone along with food and beverage booths, creating a vibrant atmosphere reminiscent of a music festival. An official from MPMG Music, the band’s agency, emphasized that “Attraction” aims to deliver not only poignant moments on stage but also engaging content off stage, allowing fans to fully immerse themselves in the Touched experience.
Having burst onto the scene in 2021, Touched garnered widespread acclaim after emerging victorious in Mnet’s band audition program “Great Seoul Invasion” in 2022. Since then, the band has held several successful solo concerts, including “Highlight III,” “Fireworks,” and “Remnant,” all of which sold out. Prior to the announcement of their upcoming concert, Touched headlined Korea’s prestigious music festival Beautiful Mint Life for the first time on June 13.
Looking ahead, Touched is gearing up for a busy schedule in the second half of the year. The band is slated to perform at various events, including the SBS “Gayo Daejeon – Summer Unipop” in July, the Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival in August, Lovechips Festival in September, and the Busan International Rock Festival in October. With an array of performances and appearances lined up, Touched continues to captivate audiences and solidify their presence in the music scene.
