David Byrne announces world tour and upcoming release of new album Who Is the Sky?

Who Is the Sky? also features guest appearances from artists such as Hayley Williams from Paramore, St. Vincent, The Smile, and Sons of Kemet drummer Tom Skinner, as well as American Utopia percussionist Mauro Refosco. Byrne shared his thoughts on the album, stating that he found it easier to start with a little stockpile of songs. He began by playing rudimentary songs on his acoustic guitar over a programmed loop or beat, which led to the emergence of intimate and emotional songs.
