10th Annual Heart and Sole 5K in Birmingham

Equal Access Birmingham is excited to announce the 10th Annual EAB Heart & Sole 5K event, marking the first in-person event held since before the pandemic. EAB, a student-run free clinic, is dedicated to providing quality healthcare services to the medically underserved individuals in the Greater Birmingham Area. In addition to offering healthcare services, EAB aims to empower medical students by giving them opportunities to deliver compassionate and accessible healthcare while gaining valuable experience.

The event promises to be an exciting and engaging experience for all participants. Upon registration, attendees will receive a complimentary t-shirt, setting the tone for a fun-filled day. A DJ will be on site to hype up the crowd and create an energetic atmosphere. To kick things off, Battle Republic Fitness Studio will be leading a warm-up run, and they will also be giving out free class passes to participants. After the run, participants can look forward to an after party at Good People Brewing Company, adding to the festivities of the day. To add a competitive edge, prizes will be awarded to top finishers of the race, as well as to winners of the Costume Contest.
