Trower, known for his impressive career spanning over six decades, showcases his talent and passion in every track of this new album, starting with the iconic “Day of the Eagle” from his timeless 1974 album, “Bridge of Sighs.”

In the summer of 2025, fresh from the success of his latest solo album “Come And Find Me,” which received glowing praise from Classic Rock, Trower embarked on a 25-date tour in the USA—a country that has embraced him throughout his musical journey. Reflecting on his first visit to the U.S. with Procol Harum in the late sixties, Trower recalls the stark contrast in culture from his upbringing in South London. Despite nearly 60 years passing, the memories of his early experiences in the U.S. remain vivid in his mind.

Recording performances from multiple venues during the tour, Trower carefully selected standout moments from The Music Box At The Borgata in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and the Tupelo Music Hall in Derry, New Hampshire, to feature in the album. Each track on “One Moment In Time: Live In The USA” captures the essence of Trower’s legendary career, blending classic hits with newer compositions that showcase his evolution as an artist. With four tracks from the gold-selling “Bridge Of Sighs,” including favorites like “Too Rolling Stoned,” “Day Of The Eagle,” “Little Bit Of Sympathy,” and the title track, Trower ensures listeners experience the full breadth of his musical legacy.

Among the familiar tunes are gems like “Daydream” from his 1973 debut album, “Twice Removed From Yesterday,” and “Somebody Calling” from 1977’s “In City Dreams.” Introducing surprises like “Rise Up Like The Sun” from 1994’s “20th Century Blues” and “Distant Places Of The Heart” from his collaboration with Cream’s Jack Bruce in 2007, Trower keeps the setlist fresh and engaging. Furthermore, four tracks from his 2022 album “No More Worlds To Conquer” and the dynamic rendition of “One Go Round” from “Come And Find Me” highlight Trower’s continued artistic growth and versatility.

Accompanied by his talented power-trio comprising Richard Watts on bass and vocals and Chris Taggart on drums, Trower delivers a captivating performance that seamlessly transitions between various styles and moods. Capturing the live energy and chemistry of the band, “One Moment In Time: Live In The USA” serves as a testament to Trower’s enduring influence and artistic prowess, promising listeners an unforgettable experience that resonates long after the final notes fade away.
