Popular K-pop Groups Dominate Top Spots in Charts
The World Albums chart for the week ending on November 1 has been unveiled by Billboard!
Stray Kids’ latest album “KARMA” maintained its top position on the World Albums chart for the ninth consecutive week. Additionally, it continued to hold strong on the Billboard 200 at No. 82 for the ninth week.
Stray Kids dominated the World Albums chart this week with a total of five albums making an appearance. Apart from “KARMA,” “合 (HOP)” surged back up to No. 7 and 8 in its 45th week on the chart, followed by “ATE” at No. 13 in its 66th week, “★★★★★ (5-STAR)” at No. 20 in its 59th week, and “ROCK-STAR” at No. 24 in its 48th week.
NMIXX’s first full-length album “Blue Valentine” jumped to No. 2 in only its second week on the World Albums chart. Impressively, this album became the group’s third to grace the Billboard 200.
CORTIS’s debut EP “COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES” stood firm at the third spot in its seventh week on the World Albums chart.
TXT’s “The Star Chapter: TOGETHER” also maintained its position at No. 4 after 14 weeks on the chart.
BTS’s 2022 anthology album “Proof” climbed to No. 5 in its 176th week on the chart, while their 2020 album “Map of the Soul: 7” made a re-entry at No. 25, marking its 152nd non-consecutive week on the chart.
ENHYPEN’s “DESIRE : UNLEASH” secured the sixth spot in its 21st week on the chart, and their previous album “ROMANCE : UNTOLD” landed at No. 17 in its 67th week.
BTS’s Jimin’s solo album “MUSE” made its way back to No. 8 in its 66th week on the chart, with ILLIT’s “bomb” completing the top 10 in its 18th week.
SEVENTEEN’s CxM’s unit debut mini album “HYPE VIBES” took the 12th spot in its second week on the chart, while NewJeans’ “Get Up” maintained its No. 14 position even after 111 weeks.
ZEROBASEONE’s “NEVER SAY NEVER” entered the chart at No. 16 in its seventh week, and BTS’s Jin’s solo EP “Echo” held its place at No. 19 during its 22nd week.
Concluding the chart, SEVENTEEN’s “HAPPY BURSTDAY” claimed the 21st position in its 19th week, with ATEEZ’s “GOLDEN HOUR: Part. 3” staying put at No. 22 for its 19th week.
