New Found Glory has recently released a new single titled “Treat Yourself” as a preview of their upcoming album, ‘Listen Up!’, expected to drop on February 20, 2026. The band, after nearly six years, is back with a collection of songs focused on resilience and hope during difficult times. Guitarist Chad Gilbert described the track as a fast-paced west coast punk-style song that delves into how people can be overly critical of themselves due to unrealistic expectations from the world and those around them.

The band’s previously revealed single, “Laugh It Off,” is an energetic track with an upbeat vibe that revolves around a recurring lead riff. The lyrics of this song touch on the dynamics of relationships, where arguments can sometimes lead to laughter and acknowledgment of trivial disagreements. New Found Glory wants their music to inspire hope during rough patches, portraying the world as a witness to people’s fears, stress, and negativity over superficial issues, while offering an optimistic outlook and encouragement for personal growth through challenging times.

“Listen Up!” carries themes of reflection and reminiscence, exploring past experiences that have shaped the band members into who they are today. The album mixes feel-good pop melodies with heavier riff-driven tracks, creating a diverse sonic landscape that captures the essence of New Found Glory’s evolution over the years.

The band recently concluded their “SUPERCHARGED: Worldwide in ’25” tour alongside The Offspring and Jimmy Eat World. They are set to embark on a series of UK headline shows, featuring Real Friends and Koyo, as well as making appearances at the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival and Good Things Festival in Australia. Additionally, New Found Glory will be performing at Hammersonic 2026 in Indonesia next year.

Approaching their 30th anniversary, New Found Glory remains a prominent figure in the pop-punk genre, emphasizing the importance of gratitude and meaningful lyrics in their music. Guitarist Chad Gilbert highlights the band’s journey through life’s challenges, expressing the hope that their music serves as a positive outlet for listeners. The band’s latest album, ‘Listen Up!’, is a testament to their resilience and camaraderie, showcasing a blend of their signature pop-punk sound with poignant reflections on personal experiences and growth.
