Twisted Sister to Perform at 2026 Festival in Honor of 50th Anniversary
Dee Snider, the frontman of Twisted Sister, has always been vocal about his disdain for reunion tours. However, with the band’s 50th anniversary on the horizon, it seems like they will be joining in on the celebration with a series of festival shows planned for 2026. Despite Snider’s previous comments, Twisted Sister seems prepared to hit the stage once again to commemorate this milestone.
The festival circuit for Twisted Sister in 2026 will kick off in Sweden at the Sweden Rock festival from June 3 to June 6. Following this, the band will make their way to Milan, Italy for a show at Mind Live Arena on June 10. Other stops on their festival run include Graspop Metal Meeting in Dessel, Belgium on June 19, Copenhell in Copenhagen, Denmark on June 26, Tons Of Rock in Oslo, Norway on June 27, Barcelona Rock Fest in Spain on July 3, Midalidare Rock In The Wine Valley in Mogilovo, Bulgaria on July 10, Steelhouse XV in Hafod-Y-Dafal Farm, Ebbw Vale, United Kingdom from July 24 to 26, and Riverside in Aarburg, Switzerland on August 23.
Despite his previous stance on reunion tours, Dee Snider recently shared a more introspective view on the matter. At 70 years old, following a health scare that made him reevaluate his life, Snider spoke about his readiness to perform once more with Twisted Sister. The realization that life is unpredictable and could end at any moment has motivated him to rock out one more time with his band.
With this in mind, fans of Twisted Sister can look forward to experiencing the iconic band live at these festivals next year. Are you planning to attend any of these shows to celebrate Twisted Sister’s 50th anniversary? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
