The Darkness to embark on biggest headline tour in two decades
The Darkness has excited fans by announcing their largest headline tour in two decades, set to take place in December 2026. This seven-date tour will kick off at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow on December 8th and culminate with a headline performance at The O2 in London on December 16th.
Supporting The Darkness on all tour dates will be the GRAMMY-winning, multi-platinum American country rock band Brothers Osborne and the UK rock band A, known for their multi-million streams. The pre-sale for tickets will begin on Wednesday, November 26th, with the general sale starting on Friday, November 28th.
The announcement of the tour follows the success of The Darkness’ eighth studio album, Dreams On Toast, which debuted at No. 2 on the UK Official Albums Chart in April of the same year. This album has been their most successful since their debut album, Permission To Land, which was recently recognized as the most successful British rock album of the 21st century.
Having celebrated the launch of Dreams On Toast with sold-out shows across the UK, including a headline show at Wembley Arena, The Darkness continued their tour across Europe, Australia, and the USA. The new songs from the album quickly became fan favorites alongside their existing multi-platinum and award-winning classics.
Before embarking on their 2026 headline arena tour, The Darkness will return to Knebworth Park for a massive performance with Iron Maiden on July 11th. With a tour and setlist in place, The Darkness is geared up to provide an unforgettable experience for their fans.
