Michael Jackson’s two songs make it onto the Billboard Global Charts in November 2025

Iconic musician Michael Jackson has once again made waves in the music industry by securing two spots on Billboard’s global charts. One of his timeless classics, “Beat It,” made its debut on the charts, while another hit, “Billie Jean,” climbed up higher than before.

“Beat It” made its entrance at No. 171 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart and No. 188 on the Billboard Global 200. On the other hand, “Billie Jean” soared to No. 44 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart and reached No. 49 on the Billboard Global 200, impressively marking its 118th week on the latter chart after a staggering two years of continuous presence.

Both of these chart-topping hits are featured on Jackson’s legendary album, Thriller, which currently holds the No. 40 spot on the Billboard 200. Thriller also snagged a respectable position as No. 20 on the Billboard 50 Album Sales chart and secured a spot at No. 7 on the Billboard 500 Catalogue Albums list.

In addition to the success of Thriller, The Essential Michael Jackson made its mark by landing at No. 9 on the UK Top 100 Albums chart. Another one of Jackson’s albums, Bad, claimed the No. 83 spot on the same chart, while Thriller secured the No. 87 position.

Across the pond in the Netherlands, Thriller is making a splash on the Top 100 Albums chart by maintaining the No. 29 position. Meanwhile, Bad secured a spot at No. 73, and the hit single “Billie Jean” occupies the No. 78 position on the Top 100 Singles chart in the Netherlands.

The accolades don’t stop there for Michael Jackson, as his track “Don’t Stop Till You Get Enough” achieved a 2x Platinum certification in the UK, surpassing 1,200,000 units in sales. Additionally, “Billie Jean” also earned a 2x Platinum certification in Greece while re-entering the Top 100 International Tracks at No. 85.

The resurgence of interest in Michael Jackson’s music can be attributed to a biopic trailer that has reignited public attention toward the late artist’s impactful work.
