Aerosmith’s ‘One More Time’ EP Debuts at No. 9 on Billboard 200 Chart, Achieving Top 10 Album Position

Aerosmith and Yungblud’s latest EP, titled “One More Time,” made an impressive debut on the Billboard 200 chart, securing the No. 9 spot on December 6th. This accomplishment marks Aerosmith as only the second group and fifth act in music history to achieve a top 10 album across six consecutive decades, from the 1970s through the 2020s, joining the ranks of legendary artists like The Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen, and James Taylor who have also achieved this feat.

“One More Time” is Aerosmith’s tenth top-10 album, with their previous release, “Music From Another Dimension!” reaching No. 5. This EP also signifies the band’s return with new music after a 13-year hiatus. Aerosmith’s journey to the top 10 began in 1976 with “Rocks,” which peaked at No. 3. They continued their success in the 1980s with “Pump” reaching No. 5.

Throughout the 1990s, Aerosmith claimed two No. 1 albums with “Get a Grip” in 1993 and “Nine Lives” in 1997. In the 2000s, “Just Push Play” reached No. 2 in 2001, and “Honkin’ On Bobo” hit No. 5 in 2004. “One More Time” has not only secured a top 10 spot on the Billboard 200 chart but has also dominated several other Billboard album charts, including Top Rock & Alternative Albums, where it marks Yungblud’s first No. 1 and Aerosmith’s first in over a decade. It also reached No. 1 on Top Hard Rock Albums, Top Rock Albums, and Indie Store Album Sales.

On the UK’s Official Albums Chart, “One More Time” achieved a significant milestone by claiming the No. 1 spot, marking Aerosmith’s first-ever chart-topping album in the UK. The collaboration between Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, and Yungblud came after their joint performances at the MTV VMAs and Ozzy Osbourne’s concert. The EP features four new songs co-written by the artists, along with a 2025 remix of their classic track, “Back in the Saddle.”

Following the success of “One More Time,” Yungblud expressed his gratitude for the support, stating, “No words can express how grateful I am for this… my second official number 1 of 2025.
