Teen in Hospital after Falling from Fergus Falls Bridge
A teenager in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, found himself in the hospital after an incident involving a bridge on December 2nd. The Fergus Falls Fire and Police Departments quickly responded to the Veteran Bridge on Tower Road where a 17-year-old male was discovered on the shoreline of the Otter Tail River around 8 a.m. The teen suffered from the effects of cold exposure due to the chilly weather, along with physical injuries resulting from the fall. He was promptly taken to Lake Region Healthcare for medical attention.
After the fall, authorities were able to communicate with the teenager and his family. At this point, law enforcement officials have not identified any criminal intent related to the unfortunate incident. The focus is on addressing the injuries sustained by the teenager to ensure he receives the necessary care and support.
