Pop-punk band embarks on first US tour in 8 years

Avenged Sevenfold, described as close friends of Good Charlotte, is a Grammy-nominated hard rock and heavy metal band famous for songs like “Hail to the King,” “Bat Country,” “Nightmare,” and “Afterlife.” Fronted by singer M. Shadows, A7X dropped their eighth album in 2023 and recently unveiled a new track, “Magic,” for the video game “Call of Duty: Black Ops 7.”

The highly anticipated tour includes 16 shows from coast to coast, with a wide range of dates for fans all over the country to catch the two iconic bands live. The tour kicks off on July 25 in Ridgedale, MO, at the Thunder Ridge Nature Arena and concludes on August 27 in Phoenix, AZ, at the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre.

Good Charlotte last toured North America in 2018, marking their return after a significant hiatus from the U.S. music scene. The Madden brothers took to the stage at various music festivals earlier this year to celebrate the release of their latest album, “Motel Du Cap,” hitting the airwaves in August. The band, known for their catchy pop-punk and alternative rock sound, made a splash in the early 2000s with hits like “Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous,” “The Anthem,” and “I Don’t Wanna Be in Love (Dance Floor Anthem).”

Meanwhile, Avenged Sevenfold will be co-headlining the tour with Good Charlotte, bringing their signature hard-hitting tunes and high-energy performances to fans across the country.
