Saxon is set to continue their 2026 tour across Europe, promoting their latest album released in 2024, “Hell, Fire and Damnation.” The band has various tour dates lined up in countries such as Spain, France, Germany, Sweden, Greece, Italy, and the United Kingdom.

The current touring lineup includes Biff Byford on vocals, Nigel Glockler and Nibbs Carter on drums, and Doug Scarratt and Brian Tatler on guitar. Some of the notable tour dates include performances at Rock Hard Festival in Germany, Sweden Rock Festival, Z! Live Rock Fest in Spain, Alive Festival in Sweden, and Bloodstock Open Air in the United Kingdom.

In the past year, Saxon had to cancel some tour dates due to vocalist Biff Byford’s health issues. He revealed that after an MRI scan detected bowel cancer, he required emergency surgery. Byford shared, “I got sick and, obviously, as you know, I had a heart problem. So this time it wasn’t my heart. I went for an MRI scan on my prostate gland before I went to America a few months ago, which was okay, but they found a shadow, a tumor, a small tumor, which they didn’t know was there. So, that’s why I had to have an operation done really quickly on the 8th of July.”

Despite facing health challenges, Byford is determined to continue performing and connecting with fans through their music. The band’s resilience and dedication to their craft have been evident throughout their career, earning them a loyal following and solidifying their status as heavy metal icons.

Saxon’s upcoming tour dates offer fans the opportunity to witness their electrifying live performances and experience the raw energy and passion that defines their music. With a mix of classic hits and newer tracks from their latest album, the band promises an unforgettable concert experience for rock enthusiasts across Europe.

As they embark on their 2026 tour, Saxon remains committed to delivering top-notch performances and showcasing their unwavering love for music. Despite the challenges they have faced, their determination, talent, and perseverance continue to inspire fans and solidify their legacy in the world of rock and heavy metal music. Don’t miss the chance to catch Saxon live on stage and be part of a memorable musical journey that celebrates the power and enduring appeal of classic rock.
