Vicious Rumors to Embark on European Tour in May and June 2026
US metal icons, Vicious Rumors, unveiled their latest music video for the track “Abusement Park” from their recent album, “The Devil’s Asylum.” Founder and guitarist Geoff Thorpe describes the song as a powerhouse with catchy riffs, blistering solos, and a Heavy Metal Punk Rock vibe. The inspiration behind “Abusement Park” was born during a recording session for the album, conceptualized by Thorpe and Jimmie Evans. The track, which is the fourth single from the album, showcases the band’s excellence with its intense guitars, vigorous drums, and a melodic chorus that embodies classic Vicious Rumors style. The music video, shot in various locations such as Germany, Sweden, Florida, and Kentucky, was expertly edited by Ingo Spörl to visually encapsulate the energy of the song.
After facing setbacks due to Thorpe’s injury, Vicious Rumors are excited to hit the road for their European Tour in May and June 2026. The band is eager to reconnect with their fans and deliver an electrifying performance, featuring a mix of classics, deep cuts, and tracks from their latest album. “The Devil’s Asylum,” released on August 29th, 2025, garnered worldwide attention (except in Japan) with its CD digipak, LP version, and digital platforms.
