Video footage reveals events leading up to fatal shooting of woman by immigration officer in Minneapolis

In the footage, a red SUV blocks the road as the woman behind the wheel, Renee Good, repeatedly presses the horn, eventually moving the vehicle back slightly to allow other cars to pass after a series of beeps.
