Tyketto releases new single “Rise”
Tyketto, the melodic hard rock band, has recently dropped their latest single, “We Rise,” which is the second release from their upcoming album, “Closer to The Sun.”
Their electrifying performance at the Bridgewater Hall in Manchester on the Uriah Heep tour a year ago left a lasting impression. This energy has been superbly channeled into their new album, “Closer To The Sun.”
The new single, “We Rise,” encapsulates the band’s return to their classic arena rock roots, displaying a fierce spirit of optimism and determination that characterizes Tyketto’s style.
Lead vocalist Danny Vaughn shares insights on the creative process behind “We Rise,” stating, “In the spirit of ‘Don’t Come Easy,’ we set out to create a couple of real arena rock anthems, and ‘We Rise’ is definitely one of those. It also marked the first real collaborative effort within the band for this album. Harry brought in the guitar riff and the chorus. Chris and I fleshed out the arrangement and the lyrics, and before you know it, magic happened! It’s a simple message; when you get knocked down, keep getting back up!”
Joined by Harry Scott Elliott on guitar, Ged Rylands on keyboards, Chris Childs on bass, and Johnny Dee on drums, Vaughn leads a powerhouse lineup that delivers exceptional performances, solidifying Tyketto’s status as one of rock’s most respected and enduring bands.
Their upcoming album, “Closer To The Sun,” was meticulously recorded across multiple studios in the UK and Europe, including Flip Flop Studios and the legendary Rockfield Studios in Wales. It is scheduled for release on Friday, 20th March, via Silver Lining Music.
Fans can now pre-order the album to secure their copies as they eagerly await the release date.
