Polish metal icons Behemoth have recently revealed a visually striking music video for their track “Nomen Barbarvm,” a song that stands out on their latest album, The Shit Ov God.

Directed by Dariusz Szermanowicz, a long-time collaborator, the video is a bold and thought-provoking piece infused with occult symbols and a clear intention to challenge religious imagery.

Frontman Nergal delved into the philosophical essence of the song, stating, “I create as I speak.” This sentiment echoes Crowley’s famous motto, “Do what thou wilt,” albeit in different words. “Nomen Barbarvm” represents a harmonious blend of melody and groove, showcasing one of Behemoth’s most dynamic tracks to date.

The band expressed their pride in the video created in collaboration with Group 13, known for their unwavering commitment to quality and artistic vision with a profound message.

In addition to their new release, Behemoth is gearing up to bring their unique brand of darkness to North America on the Godless IV Tour. They will be sharing the stage with Deicide, Rotting Christ, and Immolation. The tour will kick off in San Diego at The Observatory North Park on April 14 and conclude in Los Angeles at The Palladium on May 21.

The tour schedule includes stops in various cities such as San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, Chicago, New York City, Toronto, and more, making it a must-see for metal enthusiasts across the continent.

Behemoth’s live performances are known for their intensity and energy, creating an immersive experience that transports audiences into their dark and atmospheric world. With a setlist featuring tracks from their extensive discography, fans can expect a night of pure metal mayhem and unparalleled showmanship.

As Behemoth continues to push boundaries and explore new artistic realms, their latest music video and upcoming tour serve as testaments to their unwavering dedication to their craft and their commitment to delivering powerful and provocative content to their fans.
