Douglas Cheer Places 12th in Semifinals
The Douglas Eagle cheerleading team excelled this year, achieving a notable 12th place finish at the Nationals in Orlando. A significant milestone for the team was its return to the traditional division for the first time since 2012.
The Douglas Cheer squad is composed of talented individuals, including Caley Grace Wigley, Cortney Cash, Holly Spears, Arabella Rouse, Rihanna Meza Saravia, Zoe Wright, Emma Williams, Naylea Munoz, Jenna Sims, Averi Beck, ViviAnne Allen, Jozie Harris, Imari Roque, Madi Driver, Marilyn Luevano, Tatum Coley, and Aubrie Skie Bennett. Leading the team are dedicated coaches Natalie Holland, Rylee Chaffin, Emily Jackson, and Amie Baker.
The team’s impressive performance at Nationals was a result of hard work, dedication, and teamwork.
