Shinedown and Bush to Co-Headline 2026 Tour in Australia and New Zealand
Shinedown, the legendary American rock band, is set to make their triumphant return to Australia after a hiatus of more than 15 years. Teaming up with British alternative pioneers Bush, they will embark on a national arena tour in September 2026.
The highly anticipated co-headline tour, presented by Destroy All Lines, will kick off in Auckland on 17 September, with stops in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth. For Shinedown, this tour marks a significant milestone as they make their much-awaited comeback to the Australian music scene.
Hailing from Jacksonville, Florida, Shinedown was formed in 2001 by lead vocalist Brent Smith. With seven studio albums under their belt, starting with 2003’s “Leave A Whisper” and culminating in 2022’s “Planet Zero,” the band has amassed over 8.3 billion streams and a string of number one singles on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart. Hits such as “Second Chance,” “Sound Of Madness,” and “Monsters” have solidified their position as rock icons, blending powerful hard rock with melodic sensibilities.

Despite disbanding in 2002, Rossdale revived the band in 2010, releasing six more studio albums, including the latest offering, “I Beat Loneliness,” in 2025.
