Sharon Osbourne has disclosed plans to bring back Ozzfest during a chat at the MIDEM 2026 conference in Cannes. She expressed her intentions to revive the heavy metal festival, stating, “Yes, absolutely. Yeah, we’re gonna do it.” The last Ozzfest took place in 2018, just a month before Ozzy Osbourne fell ill. Despite not being able to do it at the time, Sharon mentioned that both she and Ozzy discussed the possibility of reviving the festival.
The reunited Guess Who, consisting of Randy Bachman and Burton Cummings, will be embarking on the “Takin’ It Back Tour” in America this summer. This marks their first tour in 23 years. The tour will begin on June 25th at the Mystic Lake Amphitheater in Shakopee, Minnesota, and include 23 shows concluding in Seattle on August 22nd. Following the American tour, Bachman will join his latest version of Bachman-Turner Overdrive. Tickets for the tour will be available for purchase at TheGuessWho.com starting this Friday.

Peter Gabriel released his third song, titled “What Lies Ahead,” off his forthcoming album “oi.” The inspirations behind the song delve into the creative process, with Gabriel reflecting on the frustrations and aspirations of inventors, drawing from personal experiences of witnessing his father’s endeavors in engineering. The upcoming song from the album is set to be released on April 1st, alongside the next full moon, with the album scheduled for release later this year.
