Keanu Reeves’ Band Dogstar to Release New Album ‘All In Now’
Keanu Reeves is making a comeback with his ’90s alternative rock band Dogstar. After reuniting with his bandmates Bret Domrose and Robert Mailhouse in 2023, they released their first album in 23 years, titled Somewhere Between The Power Lines And Palm Trees. Reeves, known for taking a break from his acting career to tour as Dogstar’s bassist in the ’90s, is fully dedicated to the band once again.
The band, now post-reunion, is set to release their fourth album, All In Now, and embark on tours in Europe and North America. Dogstar teamed up with indie rock producer Nick Launay to record the album, and they plan to release it on their Dillon Street label. Reeves expressed his enthusiasm for the recording process, stating, “We couldn’t wait. Personally, I loved it all. For me, the attitude was like, ‘let’s work hard and let’s GO.'” Reeves’ passion for music shines through, reminiscent of his character Ted “Theodore” Logan.
The title track of the album, “All In Now,” is an energetic rock anthem that draws comparisons to bands like Queens Of The Stone Age. Reeves showcases his bass skills, giving a robust performance on the track. The band also released a music video for “All In Now.” The tracklist for the album includes songs like “Math,” “This Sphere,” “Exalted,” and “Siren,” among others.
Dogstar’s upcoming tour dates include stops in cities across Europe and North America, such as Dublin, London, Amsterdam, Paris, and Madrid.
