Church in Arizona embraces fresh start while person accused of arson remains on the loose.
Most of its building in October 2024. St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church is now in the process of reconstructing its interior, which was significantly damaged in the fire. Despite the challenges they have faced, Father Ariel Lustan, the church’s priest, remains positive about the future of the parish. He emphasized that while they may have lost the physical structure of the church, the spirit and essence of the church are still intact with the support of the people.

Mass services are being held in the parish community center as a temporary arrangement until the church is fully reconstructed.
